"Zombie Army Trilogy" is a third-person tactical shooter set in 1945. The story begins when a soldier informs the German dictator Adolf Hitler that they are losing the war. Enraged, Hitler executes the soldier and orders the activation of "Plan Z," resurrecting all the dead soldiers from the war.
What is the main premise of the game?
The main premise revolves around the four main characters: sniper Karl Fairburne, infantry veteran Boris Medvedev, Captain Hermann Wolff, and German occultist Efram Schewiger. They come together in an abandoned village to defeat the horde of zombies unleashed by Adolf Hitler.
How does the story develop throughout the campaigns?
The missions vary mainly in stages; as the characters get closer to Hitler, more zombies appear, increasing the difficulty of the game.
What is the combat mechanics like? Is it more focused on shooting or strategy?
Zombie Army Trilogy uses the same combat system as the Sniper Elite series, highlighting the shooting mechanics with cinematic executions, showing detailed animations of where the bullet hits. The game focuses on shooting and reflexes.

Is there variety in the missions or do they tend to repeat?
Mission variety is mostly seen in the enemies and maps. While normal zombies continue to appear, different types of zombies with varying behaviors will be introduced as you progress.
What is the difficulty level and are there adjustable difficulty options?
The game offers three difficulty levels: Cadet - Easy, Marksman - Normal, and Sniper-Elite - Hard. I played on the hardest difficulty, Sniper-Elite, which was very challenging. Despite considering lowering the difficulty at times, I managed to complete the game with considerable effort.
Does the game have a cooperative mode? If so, how does it work?
I didn’t play the cooperative mode myself, but it supports up to three friends for campaign play. As far as I know, it is only available online and does not support local coop.
How are the graphics? Are they detailed or more simplistic?
The game is a spin-off of the Sniper Elite series, with well-crafted and detailed graphics, especially highlighting shooting animations. The graphics are not extraordinary but are satisfactory. I’d say they are somewhere in between.
Is the design of the environments and characters engaging and well-made?
Regarding the main characters, I cannot comment much since I played only with the characters from the Left 4 Dead franchise available in the PC/Steam version. As for the environment, it is well-themed with World War II characteristics.

Are there any technical issues or performance problems affecting the experience?
I did not encounter any bugs or performance issues that hindered my gameplay.
What types of weapons are available in the game? Is there a good variety?
The game features a variety of guns, including pistols, machine guns, shotguns, snipers, explosives, and special weapons like bazookas.
Is the progression and acquisition of new weapons satisfactory?
As far as I remember, the guns are available from the start and can be chosen by the player before starting a mission.
Does the game have good longevity? Are there reasons to play again?
Unless you want to play with or help a friend, there are not many apparent reasons to return to the game, at least for me. It is worthwhile for those who aim to achieve trophies or collect all collectibles. Otherwise, it may not be as appealing.
Are there updates or expansions that enhance the experience?
Currently, Zombie Army Trilogy does not have any DLCs or expansions that add significant content to the game.

Conclusion.
Zombie Army Trilogy is a fun shooter to play solo, and even better with friends. My experience was mainly about focusing on zombie killing and advancing through stages rather than the story. If you are looking for entertainment, the game is enjoyable, but the story may not be very compelling.
